How do I sign up?
To create your TrueInsider account, all you need is a valid email address. Membership is free.
Why do I have an alias?
Users have an alias in order to facilitate back and forth conversation. All posts in Office Chat (our microblog) will show your alias, but in other areas of the website your posts will be under "Anonymous."
How often can I change my alias?
You can change your alias at any time. Click on the Account link at the top right of the website.
What do you mean by “anonymous”?
We will protect your anonymity by not exposing your email address and other personal information to users. Remember though, all your posts in Office Chat will show your alias. To protect your anonymity, never make your alias your name or anything that might help others figure out who you are. For example, if you love English bulldogs and all your co-workers know this, you should not choose iheartbulldogs as your alias. Also, please do not include any specific information in your posts (e.g., the name of your manager, your pet’s name, etc.) that will help someone identify you.
How often can I update my company review and rating?
You can update your review at any time. If your company has made improvements, then take a few seconds to revise your review.
How are the company ratings calculated?
The overall company rating in each network is the average of all employee responses to the question, “Overall, how satisfied are you with your company as a place to work?” Each employee’s rating can only be counted one time. If an employee changes his or her rating, only the newest rating counts. This way one employee cannot skew the ratings.
How do I delete my account?
You may delete your account and end your membership at any time by sending an email to customerservice@trueinsider.com. Please type the words “Delete my account” in the subject line.
