This place looks good on the resume, but that doesn't make up for everything else. My manager is a complete pain, and shouldn't be a manager.
I stick through it all because of pay and beacause I want to have IBM on my resume. Once the economy picks back up, I'm leaving this place.

1500 layoffs in total. even though our total worldwide count is close 400k, it still is a bad day for IBM

Same here! Everyday walking into work is like a Zoloft commercial. Everyone is a zombie, shells of the people they were when they first came/got acquired by IBM.
