Overall this is a massive organization; if you are going to work here, know that it this is a BIG company. It behaves like a big company. As long as you are okay with that, you will enjoy working here.

Let me tell you something our store mgr told my wife that he thought about Firing her cause she was pregnant and couldnt move fast enough. When she asked isn't that discrimnation he said no! now if that doesn't make u wanna work for walmart then go right ahead if a store mgr is going to fire an employee cause she is pregnant.
