I would have given Latham a 5 but as we all know the events of the past year have affected morale. That said, I have enjoyed the work and the people I work with. Latham is a great firm and will come out of the downturn stronger than before.

Latham is not top 10 in terms of RPL or PPP, in addition to not being a top 10 as ranked by Vault. Latham's decline is happening faster than I thought.
