Thanks for unfreezing raises
The firm has done a generally good job navigating the financial crisis. The decision to unfreeze raises gave a boost to morale. Mentoring is good here. Hours can be demanding.

Oh, they were unfrozen? So, why still the "productivity payment" if on a 2000 billing track or is that not a New York element of pay?
