Owrking like a dog!
Target offers high promises but under delivers! The pay and hours suck! Not to mention that most of the E.T.L's when not in TMSC, walk around with their thumbs up their butt....They are easy to tell everyone what to do but rarely lift a finger to assist. The under staffing sucks bc you have to do double the work. The payroll hours are usually there but gosh forbid you dab into the S.T.L.'s and E.T.L's bonus....This means the more hours they don't use, the bigger their yearly bonus is!!! So employees sweat their butts off doing double work to pad someone else's pocket!
