U get ur 1st eval after 90 days but you don't get a raise no more then after ur 1 yr is when u get ur raise....that's what I call cheap

For the new employee your evaluation can be reviewed 30 days to 90 days. Be assure they are keeping track of what you do to see if you are company material.

Walmart can cut your hours, but if you have been with the company for quite some time I would suggest applying for unemployment for the days they take away.

They are laying off a lot of people over here. People that shouldn't need to be layed off. Firing the associates with a lot of experience and keeping the associates that break the rules. I was a dept manager and was fired for not keeping up with 3 depts. I had no zoners. How was I supposed to keep up with that?
