U get ur 1st eval after 90 days but you don't get a raise no more then after ur 1 yr is when u get ur raise....that's what I call cheap

For the new employee your evaluation can be reviewed 30 days to 90 days. Be assure they are keeping track of what you do to see if you are company material.

Walmart can cut your hours, but if you have been with the company for quite some time I would suggest applying for unemployment for the days they take away.

You don't have a right to a job. If mngt. wants to lay people off, good for them. Over time we Wal-Mart will get a bad rep and they will have to raise salaries to hire people.
