I am productive at home, actually more productive than I am in the office because there are less distractions.

I have heard some rumors that Gap was testing a program where employees have 100% telecommute flexibility. Anybody hear any updates on that program?

#2 - I think it depends on the person. Some people have less distractions at home.

Gap Outlet does have a ROE environment. It is short for results oriented environment. Basically it means that if you get your job done, it doesnt matter the hours you work or where you work. Generally gap requires less face time than Gymbo. People leave at 4 on friday and take long lunches when they can. Here people surf the internet until 5:30 just so they dont get a look from their boss when they leave.
